Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a purchase made by the customer on the website shall be made by the customer delivering a cancellation notice to the business. In the cancellation notice, the customer must provide their name and ID number, as well as the details of the transaction the customer wishes to cancel.
Cancellation can be done in one of the following ways:

A customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving a confirmation notice with the order details as required by law, whichever is later.
Notwithstanding the above, a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel a transaction within four months from the date of its execution, from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the tax invoice and this explanatory page with the transaction details as required by law, whichever is later, provided that the transaction includes a conversation between the company and the said customer (including a conversation through electronic communication). The company may request from the aforementioned customer a certificate, as specified in the law, proving that they are a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, as the case may be.
In case of transaction cancellation due to a defect, an examination will be conducted with the customer. A refund and transaction cancellation will be made in accordance with the provisions of the law. You are requested to keep the reference for the order and to refrain from using products that you intend to return.
In case of cancellation not due to non-conformity as defined in the Consumer Protection Law – 1981, the business will refund the customer the part of the transaction price paid by them, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. The business will cancel the customer's charge for the transaction and provide them with a copy of the charge cancellation notice as stated.
Any refund given by the website will be transferred solely to the credit card through which the purchase was made, and in accordance with the credit card company's timelines. For the avoidance of doubt, a refund will be made according to the actual payment.
Cancellation of an order before sending the product or products to the customer (before they leave the website's warehouses) will not incur a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation of an order after sending the product or products (after they leave the website's warehouses), the business may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the asset subject to the transaction or 100 New Shekels, whichever is lower. A refund will be given in accordance with the provisions of the law.
For products purchased under "special sale" conditions or with a discount/benefit, the amount refunded to the customer will be derived from the amount actually paid after the discount/benefit and subject to the law.
