Ordered a swimsuit but need to exchange it? No problem! You can do it easily.

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged up to 14 business days.
Exchanges are made by appointment at our studio or by courier for a fee of 45 ILS.
If you purchased over 450 ILS, you can exchange with a courier to your home for free.
Exchanges will only be possible if the product is in new condition, unused, with original tags and packaging, including the hygiene sticker in place.

Returns
You can return items and receive a refund or store credit.
If you chose store credit:
After the item has returned to us, you will receive an email with a coupon code for the website for the amount of the items you returned, to be redeemed on the website.
The coupon code issuance process takes up to 3 business days from the moment the item arrives at the studio.
The coupon code will be valid for one year.
If you chose a refund:
Once the item has returned to us, you will receive a refund to the credit card you used for the order on the website. The refund will be subject to a deduction of 5% of the purchase amount or a total of 100 ILS – whichever is lower.


Items must be in new condition, unused, with original tags and packaging, including the hygiene sticker in place.

*No cash refunds will be given for orders placed with a rechargeable or direct debit card.

It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased as part of promotions and/or end-of-season sales can be returned/exchanged within 48 hours from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. During a sale, all exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customers.

Shipping:
Home delivery for a fee of 35 ILS - within 2-5 business days. Delivery time may be extended in remote areas, before holidays, during holidays, and during periods of unusual demand.
