Ordered a swimsuit but need to exchange it? No problem! It's easy to do.

Exchange
Items can be exchanged within 14 business days.
Exchanges can be made by arriving at our studio by prior arrangement or by courier for a fee of NIS 45.
If you purchased over NIS 450, you can exchange with a courier to your home for free.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is in new condition, unused, with original tags and packaging, including the hygiene sticker in place.

Return
You can return items for a refund or store credit.
If you chose store credit:
After the item is returned to us, you will receive an email with a coupon code for the website in the amount of the returned items to be used on the website.
The coupon code issuance process takes up to 3 business days from the moment the item arrives at the studio.
The coupon code will be valid for one year.
If you chose a refund:
Once the item is returned to us, you will receive a refund to the credit card you used for the order on the website. The refund will be subject to a deduction of 5% of the purchase amount or a total of NIS 100 – whichever is lower.


Items must be in new condition, unused, with original tags and packaging, including the hygiene sticker in place.

*No refund will be given for orders placed with a rechargeable card or Direct card.

It is clarified and emphasized that items purchased during sales and/or end-of-season promotions can be returned/exchanged within 48 hours of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. During sales, all exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customers.

Shipping:
Home delivery at a cost of NIS 35 - between 2-5 business days. Delivery time may be extended in remote settlements, before holidays, during holidays, and during periods of unusual load.
